Located in the heart of the Residence de la Mer, this charming house can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally situated in La Couarde-sur-Mer, it offers a peaceful setting just steps from the beach, the village center, and cycle paths. You will appreciate its sunny terrace and tranquil surroundings, perfect for a relaxing stay on the Île de Ré. The residence's communal swimming pool is accessible to all residents and will allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful summer days. The pool is heated from April 5th to September 30th.
Peu Ragot beach is approximately 100 meters away, easily accessible on foot.
The house offers all modern comforts: a bright living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and private parking.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide full of tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible way! The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more outside of the summer season.
