The residence communal swimming pool is accessible to all residents, allowing you to fully enjoy beautiful summer days.
Peu Ragot beach is approximately 100 meters away, easily accessible on foot. The house offers all modern comforts: a bright living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and private parking.

Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art, and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home.
Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions!
The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more outside of the summer season.
