Recently and carefully renovated, this charming house combines the authenticity of the Île de Ré; With a Mediterranean touch reminiscent of the white alleyways of Santorini or Sidi Bou Said. Located in the heart of the village of Ars-en-Ré, one of the most beautiful town of the island , you willl enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket anf pharmacy less than a 5-minutes walk away. Everything is easily accessible , for a truly relaxing stay.
On the bedroom side, the house offers:

A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200)

A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200)

A third bedroom equipped with 3 single beds, ideal for children or friends

A mezzanine with a play/relaxation area designed for younger guests

On the kitchen side, you will find a modern and fully equipped space with everything you need to cook like at home.

On the living room side, enjoy a warm space with a stone wall typical of the "Île de Ré" and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings, a truly cocooning atmosphere guaranteed.

For the low season, between September 1st and March 1st, our rates are €135 per night. For the mid-season, between March 1st and June 15th, the rate is €250 per night. Finally, for the high season, from mid-June to the end of July, the rate is €400 per night, and from August 1st to the end of August, it is €450 per night.

In the heart of the village, a 300-meter walk from the bell tower and all shops, you willl be 500 meters from the port. The location is ideal for families or evenings with friends. Restaurants are within a 300-meter walk.
