Our house is located in the heart of Loix, a small village full of charm. You will be close to shops and the market (500m) which takes place every day in season, and 900m from the beach (access in less than 5 minutes by the cycle paths which pass in front of the house and cross the nature reserves).
Completely renovated in 2020, it offers all the necessary comfort. It is south-facing with sunny terraces and garden. Large swimming pool of 5mx10m completely renovated in 2024, heated from the beginning of June or even Easter depending on the outside temperature, with alarm (without curtain).
It consists of a living room of 32 m², 3 bedrooms and 3 private shower rooms

The living room is composed of a dining area, a rest area with sofa, and an equipped kitchen. The first bedroom (17m²) has a French window opening onto the terrace, and has new queen-size bedding (160x200).
The 2nd bedroom (12.7m²) has 2 bunk beds 90X 190, and a drawer bed (child's mattress)
The 3rd bedroom (12.75m²) is equipped with a double bed measuring 140x190 cm.

Sheets and towels are optional, to be seen 2 weeks before arrival.
You can enjoy a heated salt water swimming pool (Easter to the end of September) and secured by an alarm (there is no roller shutter), you rest in a pleasant landscaped garden entirely enclosed by walls, not overlooked and facing south, all in a very quiet environment.

Large sunny garden and flowered courtyard (400m²) with wooden terrace and stone terrace in which you will have at your disposal deckchairs around the swimming pool, two garden furniture sets, a barbecue, a plancha, a fire pit, and a ping-pong table.

The house is equipped with Wifi.
Parking for 3 vehicles is possible on the plot.
