Family home consisting of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large living room with a kitchen open to the living room, and a second space consisting of a guest bedroom, a children's bedroom, a toilet, and a shower room. The living room and kitchen are through-plan and bathed in light at all hours of the day. This single-story house is surrounded by a large enclosed garden bordered by a flowering hedge, a patio with a summer lounge, a covered terrace with a dining table, and several places to put down deckchairs and enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. A large trampoline will delight young and older children. A heated outdoor shower will make your return from the beach easier. Parking is provided for one car and bicycles at the bottom of the garden.

The bunk beds in the children's room are 90x190
The double beds are 160x200, and can be separated into 2 single beds if necessary.
The parents' bedroom and the children's bedroom are equipped with large closets, the guest bedroom with a small wardrobe.

Board games, Kapla (box of 1000!), beach games, Molky, pétanque balls and other essentials can be made available to you on request.
In the kitchen: Magimix, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, French press coffee maker, mixer, Bamix.
Thermomix TM 31 available on request, with an additional deposit of 400 Euros.
A Yamaha U3 piano tuned every year is available to experienced players.

Our house is available for rental from april to october.
Here are the rates (see the calendar for availability and exact dates)
- mid-July to mid-August: 1800 Euros / week
- French school holidays (excluding the above period): 1500 Euros / week
- outside school holidays: 1200 Euros / week
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (120 Euros), not included.
Bath mats and tea towels are provided, bed linen and bath towels are optional.

The house is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac, very quiet, just 200 meters from the church and shops.
The nearest beach is within walking distance (800 meters), and other beaches are accessible by bike.
Numerous walks or bike rides start from the house, in the Loix marshes or along the seafront. We recommend the walk along the seawall at sunset, a 10-minute walk from the house.
