- a fitted kitchen equipped with a combination oven, a 2-ring induction hob, a top fridge, a Miele dishwasher for 4 people, a Bosch washing machine with a capacity of 4 people, an electric filter coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a Magimix mini-robot.
The house benefits from VMI type ventilation. The French windows are double glazed.
