Small, typical single-story house in the heart of the village, close to shops and the port, and a 10-minute walk from the beach. A 200 m² garden, very wooded and entirely enclosed by stone walls, offers complete privacy. Absolute tranquility, as the house is nestled among some of the most beautiful flower-filled alleyways and lanes in the village.

Pets are not allowed. No smoking.

Bed linen, table linen, and towels are not provided. If you prefer not to bring your own, we recommend renting them from Loclinge, who will deliver them to your home and collect them upon your departure.

Numerous bicycle rental shops are located in the village: 20% discount on bicycle rentals.

The house features:
- a bedroom with a double bed (latex mattress with duvet) and a wardrobe
- a 20 m² living room with a high-end sofa bed (double) with a duvet
- a bathroom with toilet, shower, wardrobe, towel warmer, and hairdryer
- a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a combination oven, a 2-burner induction hob, a small refrigerator, a Miele dishwasher (4-person capacity), a Bosch washing machine (4-person capacity), a filter coffee maker, a kettle with adjustable temperature settings, a toaster, and a Magimix mini food processor.

The house benefits from a VMI ventilation system. The French doors are double-glazed.

The garden includes:
- a large fixed table for 4 to 6 people
- a folding table for 4 people
- 4 sun loungers
- an electric griddle
- an outdoor double sink (practical for cleaning the griddle)

From 800 to 1400 € per week / Minimum 2 weeks

Balance payment 1 month before arrival

Rent amount in August 2026:
- Priority will be given to a 4-week rental (from Saturday, August 1st to Saturday, August 29th or from Sunday, August 2nd to Sunday, August 30th): €5,500
- Two-week rental (from Saturday, August 1st to Saturday, August 15th or from Sunday, August 16th to Sunday, August 30th): €2,800.

Mandatory cleaning fee of €80.

Tourist tax not included (€0.99/person/day).
