Board games and a library are available.
Video projector, smart speakers, table/chairs/umbrella, and outdoor lighting. Disabled access equipment: L-shaped seat belt, shower chair, and wash-dry toilet. A medical bed is available for rental (at the St. Martin pharmacy). Enclosed, private garden.

Here is some information regarding rental rates and conditions:
Nightly rates: between 170 Euros and 500 Euros, depending on the season (high or low season, special weekends, peak periods, etc.).
Cleaning fee: a flat rate of 90 Euros applies.
Bed linen and towels: this is a mandatory option, at a rate of 15 Euros per person.
Tourist tax: this is payable in addition, according to the current rates.
