Description

This villa, completely renovated in 2025, was created to accommodate 14 people while maintaining everyone's privacy. Treat yourself to a unique experience in one of the 5 suites, combining contemporary elegance and absolute comfort. These generously sized, carefully decorated suites feature ample storage, television, Wi-Fi, and views of the garden and swimming pool. This house is complemented by a family suite with 2 bedrooms, each with its own separate entrance and 2 bathrooms. The 50-square-meter living room is a space for rest and relaxation. Very bright with its two sliding glass doors opening onto the gardens, bathed in sunlight, breeze, and sunset. The outdoor space offers: - under the awning, a table for 14 people; - around the pool, a solarium, sunny from morning to evening, with sun loungers and parasols; - a secure, heated swimming pool (May to September); - 2 flower gardens. Linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Parking for 2 cars on the property and very easy parking nearby (30 meters). A Green'Up charging point is available for electric vehicles.

Short stay rate from November 1st to April 1st, minimum 4 nights
- 4 nights: the price of the stay is 75% of the weekly price, cleaning fee €150
- 5 nights: the price of the stay is 85% of the weekly price, cleaning fee €150
