Opposite, you will enter a large living room, bright with its windows and its large bay window, workshop style, with 3 leaves which open onto the terrace.
In this room, there is an open equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an induction hob, a oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster... a large dining room table with 6 chairs and a lounge area with a large leather sofa and an armchair around a zellige table.
In extension, on the wooden terrace with trees and bordered by flowers, you will find a garden furniture set with its parasol, a barbecue and deckchairs... a pleasant exterior for having an aperitif, eating or relaxing...
Finally, upstairs, you will have a reading/TV room with a sofa, an armchair, a rocking chair, around 3 small nesting tables and a space with a desk and a chest of drawers.
You will also find 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed (140X200) and one with 2 bunk beds (90X190), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double sink vanity unit and a toilet area.

The house is located in Bois Plage, a seaside resort in the center of the island, with its 6 km of beaches that hide, behind its dunes, a vast wooded area ideal for beautiful hikes. Its heart is bustling with numerous shops and, in season, a daily market – the largest on the island – where it's a pleasant stroll to discover local flavors. The village is perfect for any cycling enthusiast who wants to enjoy the island without a car. Practically in the center of it, you can head north towards Saint-Martin or La Flotte, east to marvel at the woods and vineyards before reaching Sainte-Marie. Alternatively, cycle west towards La Couarde, to discover the island's first salt marshes and escape to the villages bordering the Fier d'Ars, on the edge of wild and unspoiled nature. It's the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the daily grind, between relaxation and tranquility, where taking your time is a given.
