With a surface area of 210m², the main house is built around large living rooms open to the exterior: a high-end kitchen Fully equipped range (Lacanche piano, wine cellar, KitchenAid appliances, etc.), a friendly dining room, a warm living room. Five comfortable bedrooms, all with bathroom (shower), accommodate up to 10 people in absolute comfort. Two ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the garden, while the upper floor houses a large master suite and a junior suite with a private terrace and view over the village rooftops. An independent annex completes the property, ideal for a couple looking for privacy.
Outside, everything invites relaxation: garden furniture, Weber BBQ, beach showers, bicycle courtyard, closed garage... Here, we live barefoot, between swimming, village walks, bike rides and sunset aperitifs.
