Behind its typical enclosed walls, discover a haven of peace bathed in light: two landscaped gardens, a 9x3m heated swimming pool with a submerged cover, several sunny terraces, a covered patio converted into a summer lounge… every space has been designed to live in harmony with the seasons and the sun, in complete privacy. With a surface area of 210m², the main house is arranged around large living areas opening onto the outdoors: a fully equipped, high-end kitchen (Lacanche range, Wine cellar, KitchenAid appliances…), a convivial dining room, a warm living room. Five comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (shower), accommodate up to 10 people in absolute comfort. Two ground-floor bedrooms have direct access to the garden, while the upper floor houses a spacious master suite and a junior suite with a private terrace and views over the village rooftops. A separate annex completes the property, ideal for a couple seeking privacy. Outside, everything invites relaxation: garden furniture, a Weber BBQ, showers for after a day at the beach, a courtyard for bicycles, a closed garage… Here, life is lived barefoot, between swimming, village walks, bike rides, and sunset aperitifs.
