The house is 120m² on a plot of 400m² enclosed by stone walls.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room with the kitchen open to the dining room and the lounge area open to the wooden terrace and the garden.
The master bedroom with its bathroom for more privacy.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, the office open to the landing as well as the toilet and the bathroom.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a dormitory for children or teenagers.
You can enjoy the swimming pool and the Retaise-style courtyard for your aperitifs or simply for a reading / nap sheltered from the sun!
The swimming pool is secured by a roller shutter. The swimming pool is heated from May to August.

The house is located in the small village of Saint Clement des Baleines in the north of the island of Re. Charming and quiet village, with its small square, shops and restaurants.

A few minutes away, direction the Phare des Baleines, the beach of Conches... Discovery of the village of Ars or the Portes en Re surrounding Saint Clement.
