We will be happy to welcome you to our house where we live year-round.
You will benefit from a beautiful garden with a trampoline and a covered playground.
A walk along the sea takes you to La Flotte or the port of Saint-Martin.
Everything can be done by bike or on foot.

It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a queen-size bed (160 cm) as well as a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a final bedroom with a single bed (possibility of adding another bed), a large living room, dining room and lounge, a good-sized bathroom (with bathtub and shower).
Two vehicles can park.

You will have the last rays of the sun under the covered playground where it is pleasant to settle down at the end of the day.

It is with great pleasure that we will share with you our favorite places on the Ile de Re.
We can also make you Discover our salt marsh and the salt-making profession. A unique place far from the world. Cleaning and linen fees, tourist tax, and more are included. Ask me by message for the conditions. Non-smoking house. Minimum 7-night rental. No parties. It is possible to rent a second house (old but renovated) on the same property with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living/dining room, and a sea view, to come with a large family or 2 families. An authentic experience where you can enjoy the lights of Ré la blanche; all day long.

A few minutes walk from the port of Saint-Martin-de-Re and less than 300m from a shopping center (pharmacy, sports store, beauty salon, hairdresser, bike rental, etc.) in a very quiet area.
There are also sports fields (basketball, shutters, petanque), a nautical base with sailing lessons and a playground just below the house.
We are on the second line of the seafront.
