This house classified 3 stars, can accommodate up to 7 people.
You will appreciate its calm, its comfort, its style and the quality of the equipment but especially the proximity of the beaches, shops and cycle paths (100m), all activities are practiced on foot. Free parking is close to the house so ideal to leave your vehicle and favor the bike!

South facing, the outdoor space, enclosed by stone walls, will be a true haven of relaxation and light. You can enjoy a garden furniture with armchairs and deckchairs to chat with friends or family at the end of the day, try the barbecue and dine around the outdoor table in a warm atmosphere.

Your arrival will be in a living room with its TV area, wifi connection and board games. The dining room, thanks to its bay window which opens onto the courtyard, will give you an inside/outside feeling. And finally a beautiful open kitchen, fitted and equipped, includes all the necessary equipment for your stay (electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers (Nespresso and filters), kettle, toaster, citrus press, refrigerator ...).
You will be able to access the garage to park your bikes safely. A washing machine is also available to you.

Upstairs, you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms, the description of which is as follows:

- 1st bedroom: double bed 140 x 200 (with private mezzanine and not accessible for security reasons
- 2nd bedroom: double bed 160x200 or 2 beds of 80x20cm
- 3rd bedroom: double bed 160x200 with dressing room
Please note that the beds are of high-end quality, firm and soft without which we could not assure you real comfort.
Upstairs you will also find 2 showers, and 2 toilets including a separate toilet.

To organize your stay and promote conviviality, you will be welcomed on site in compliance with the health regulations and to personally explain to you the operation of the house (lighting, electronic devices, garbage management) .
We can also provide you with bed linen and towels upon reservation (paid service/reservation to be made 15 days before your arrival).
Cleaning is mandatory (reinforcement of COVID 19 health instructions, suitable disinfectants, ventilation of the house between each tenant): service provided by a professional
Animals not accepted for reasons of allergies.
You will also find all the necessary equipment for babies (travel cot, high chair and bathtub)
