This fully equipped family home will seduce you with its ideal location, its calm, its garden, its large courtyard for storing bicycles and its parking facilities.

The accommodation is located 200 meters from the beach of La Grange and its pier, a well-known place to observe magnificent sunsets; 5 minutes by bike from the center of Ars.

The house has been completely renovated.
Each bedroom has large cupboards with shelves and wardrobe, 160cms beds and duvets (feathers)
The kitchen is very well equipped: essential equipment, but also kitchenaid robot, pastry accessories etc ...
The smartTV is in a dedicated room
The garden is ideal for a quiet lunch: garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Children are welcome with high chair and changing table. They will also find games and kapla.

The final cleaning is always carried out by a trusted person at all departures, so that the house is ready and clean for the next guests. For this reason, we must charge for this cleaning (140Euros).

Finally, as an option, all linen can be provided: beds made (pillowcases, duvet cover and sheets) (160 cm beds); bath linen; household linen for 25 Euros/person.

Our house enjoys an ideal location in Ars-en-Re, one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Re.
You will be only 200 meters from the sea, which will allow you to enjoy the magnificent beaches with ease. The area is quiet and picturesque, with its charming and typical island streets.

In the immediate vicinity (5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot), you will find local markets, shops, and restaurants where you can taste the region specialties.
The village is also renowned for its cycle paths, ideal for discovering the natural beauty of the island, its salt marshes, and its forests. You will be surrounded by unspoiled nature while being just a few steps from amenities, for a stay combining relaxation and discovery.
