It consists of a large living room with dining room overlooking the garden, lounge and kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms, 2 of which are linked to a bedroom (master). A laundry room with an additional shower.
A fully enclosed landscaped garden with a view of the surrounding woods, large wooden terrace, all without any vis-à-vis. Free parking spaces in front of the villa as well as inside the property.
The living room has large volumes, with high ceilings, 4 spacious bedrooms with new high quality bedding in 160x200.
Childcare equipment available, baby bed with thick mattress, high chair.
Large sliding bay windows opening up the space even more onto the garden.
Awning for the living room, plancha with serving trolley, dining area for 10 people under awning.
Very well-equipped functional kitchen with a Thermomix and many small appliances to prepare your meals.

A welcome basket is provided so you can discover our local specialties from Rethais. A basic supply of salt, pepper, oil, and some toiletries is also available. To ensure maximum hygiene, linen rental is mandatory and not included in the rental price. An additional €30 per person per stay of up to 10 consecutive days is required. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay cleaning and a change of sheets and towels is mandatory at the same rate as the first week (children included). Beds are made upon your arrival. The linen kit also includes bed linens, household linens, and towels. The linen kit includes: - Mattress protector, pillow protector, duvet, pillow, duvet cover, fitted or flat sheet, 1 square pillowcase, 1 large towel and 1 small towel, hand towel. - Per stay, provided free of charge: 2 kitchen hand towels, 5 kitchen towels, 2 bath mats per bathroom. - Beach towels are not included and are available as an option at €5 each or €30 for 8 beach towels. Cleaning is €200 including VAT for up to 7 consecutive days. Cleaning and linen fees must be paid directly to the concierge on the first day of arrival. Baby equipment is provided free of charge: cot, high chair, thick mattress, subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.
