New, very bright and peaceful Rhetaise house located in a dead end, which can easily accommodate 8 people, away from road traffic, but close to a cycle path.
It consists of a large living room with dining room overlooking the garden, lounge and kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms, 2 of which are linked to a bedroom (master). A laundry room with an additional shower.
A fully enclosed landscaped garden with a view of the surrounding woods, large wooden terrace, all without any vis-à-vis. Free parking spaces in front of the villa as well as inside the property.
The living room has large volumes, with high ceilings, 4 spacious bedrooms with new high quality bedding in 160x200.
Childcare equipment available, baby bed with thick mattress, high chair.
Large sliding bay windows opening up the space even more onto the garden.
Awning for the living room, plancha with serving trolley, dining area for 10 people under awning.
Very well-equipped functional kitchen with a Thermomix and many small appliances to prepare your meals.

A welcome basket is offered to you in order to discover our Rethaises specialties. A cupboard bottom is available, salt, pepper, oil and… some hygiene products also available.
In order to guarantee maximum hygiene, the rental of linen is obligatory and is not included in the price of the stay.
It is appropriate to add 36 euros per person (including children). The beds are prepared upon your arrival, also including bed linen, household linen and towels.
the linen kit includes:
- Mattress protector, pillow protector, duvet, pillow, duvet cover, fitted or flat sheet, 1 square pillowcase, 1 large towel and 1 small towel, hand towel.
- Per stay provided free of charge: 2 kitchen hand towels, 6 kitchen towels, 2 bath mats per bathroom.
- Not included are optional beach towels at a price of 5 euros each.
The end-of-stay cleaning is 180 euros and is also not included in the price of the stay, cleaning and linen costs must be paid directly to the concierge on the first day of arrival.

From September 1 to September 30, 2025 = 439 Euros per night
