Without any doubt, you will be seduced by our completely renovated old house where the bright and warm living spaces invite you to relax. The cement tiles of the entrance to the garden and the checkerboard tiles in the kitchen reveal its charm and authenticity. We have brought a neat and accomplished decoration down to the smallest detail.
Our house offers you a living room with open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms with high-end bedding for absolute comfort (160x200 cm bed) and a bathroom with toilet. A very comfortable sofa bed located in the living room offers two additional beds of very high quality.
Outside, a pleasant landscaped garden without vis-Ã -vis invites you to share moments of conviviality around a meal. It is equipped with stylish and welcoming outdoor furniture as well as a gas barbecue.
You can park your vehicle without any difficulty, either outside in front of the house depending on availability, or in the adjacent streets.

Our house is located in the quiet and sought-after area of La Touche. Forget your car and discover the island on foot or by bike. After a few minutes of cycling, you reach the historic center of La Flotte with its renowned medieval market, the beach and the oyster beds.
