La Centrale de l'Ile de Re offers this magnificent villa with a swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally located in Rivedoux-Plage, just a few meters from the beach and close to shops, it boasts a perfect location for a relaxing and convenient vacation.
The house has a beach and ocean view from one of the gardens.
The beach is directly accessible by crossing the street.

MASTER Bedroom: 1 double bed 160x200 with a dressing room.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200.
The house includes a shower room and a separate toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th. The pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 28°. The actual temperature of swimming pool water also depends on the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature, while a cold climate decreases it.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant vacation environment, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small 30-kilometer-long island. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art, and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and advice for discovering the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
The house is open for reservations from 5 days of rental, excluding the summer period.
