La Centrale de l'Ile de Re offers you this magnificent villa with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Portes-en-Re, it is close to all amenities: bike rentals, restaurants and shops, offering a perfect setting for your vacation.
The house is comfortable and offers a large living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 27°. The actual temperature of the pool water also depends on the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature, while a cold climate decreases it.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Re! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest rates of sunshine in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small 30-kilometer-long island. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
On your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with good tips and our advice for discovering the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
The house is open for reservation from 5 days of rental, outside the summer period.
