Ideally located in the heart of the village of Les Portes-en-Ré, it is close to all amenities: bike rentals, restaurants, and shops, offering a perfect setting for your vacation. The house is comfortable and offers a large living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Single-story house: Spacious and bright living area with lounge and separate kitchen. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200 cm). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200 cm). Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x200 cm). Bedroom 4: 1 pull-out bed and 1 travel cot. The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The swimming pool is Heated from May 18th to September 30th. The pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 27°C. The actual water temperature also depends on the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, while cold weather decreases it. Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island, just 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art, and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more, excluding the summer season. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house are included.
