Located in the heart of the Ile de Re, La Couarde-sur-mer is ideally located if you want to discover the whole of the Ile de Re on foot or by bike:

-Tennis club (500 m) with 7 tennis courts, 2 padel, 2 pickleball: hourly court rental and children's course (tennis, multi-activities) / adults
-Sailing club (600m from Peu Ragot beach)
-Goisil nautical base (10 mins by bike), closed body of water in the marshes for an introduction to windsurfing, Stand Up Paddle, foil, catamaran "Wing" and dinghy).
