The nearby cycle path allows you to fully enjoy the Île de Ré, its beaches, and its markets.
Accommodating 8 to 10 guests, it is perfect for both large families and groups of friends looking to spend quality time together.

Our detached 145 m² house, set on a 700 m² enclosed plot, was fully renovated in 2024. It is filled with natural light thanks to large bay windows opening onto the heated pool and garden.
The comfort of the bedrooms, with high-quality new hotel-style bedding, soundproofing, and private bathrooms, creates a true holiday atmosphere.
4 double beds (2 of which can be split into twin beds) and 1 single bed – 2 separate toilets – 4 shower rooms.

A spacious living/dining area, including a 25 m² lounge with large bay windows overlooking the garden and pool, and a 20 m² dining room

First floor:

1 single bedroom (80x200 cm bed), with the option of an additional mattress

The last two bedrooms are separate but can connect through a shared shower room, making them ideal and reassuring for families with young children.

Outdoor area:

At the front of the house, a large 80 m² wooden terrace overlooking the garden and pool, with a dining table for up to 10 people, naturally shaded by the house in summer.
The heated pool (4 x 8 m) is open from May to September and secured with an electric cover, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.4 m. Sun loungers surround the pool area, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.
A large covered area (préau) includes a play space (table tennis, etc.) and a gas plancha.
At the back of the house, a second sheltered terrace is perfect for breakfast.

Access to the house is via a gated entrance with a keypad. Storage space is available for up to 10 bicycles. One parking space is available in the garden, with an electric vehicle charging point.

Warm, friendly, and family-oriented atmosphere, with tasteful decoration.
Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking.
Located in a residential area, the property is not suitable for parties or events.
