The house is composed of a bright living room tastefully decorated with an open kitchen and a pleasant living room, a separate toilet, three bedrooms including two bedrooms with a double bed of 180x200 cm (one of the double beds can be separated into 2 single beds of 90x200 cm), and a children's bedroom with two bunk beds 90x190 cm. All bedrooms have a bathroom. Although the house does not have a floor, there are a few steps.

The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal in the garage.

Outside, a pleasant patio on the kitchen side and a terrace on the pool side invite you to share moments of conviviality around a meal. You can also relax in the deckchairs around the pool. The pool measures 7x3 meters. It is heated from April to October (depending on the weather).

You can park your vehicles for free on the street in front of the property and store your bikes in the garage.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,425 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,125 Euros/week
- High season: 3,025 Euros/week
- Very high season: 3,825 Euros/week

Weekend rental (4 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and tea towels kitchen. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
