Welcome to our two-story house, perfect for family or friends.

On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms for four people and a bathroom. On the ground floor, a master bedroom with private bathroom, as well as a separate toilet.
The semi-open kitchen on the dining room is ideal for your convivial meals, and the warm living room invites you to relax.
Outside, enjoy a pretty garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a secure unheated swimming pool. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal for your grills. Wi-Fi is included, and a parking space is available in front of the house.

The location is ideal: a few minutes walk from the beach and the port of Saint-Martin-de-Re, perfect for walking. You are also close to all amenities, and there is a cycle path nearby.
