Come stay with your family in our fully equipped Retaise villa with heated pool for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet area with no overlooked views. Take advantage of the nearby cycle paths, reach the beaches in less than 10 minutes by bike and easily access local shops. With its wooded garden, heated pool and high-tech kitchen opening onto the patio and courtyard, the house is perfect for sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends. A true Retaise villa, bathed in light, with a wooded garden, a heated pool and an outdoor shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the patio and covered terrace - leaving you the choice of enjoying an aperitif or a meal in the sun or in the shade. In the evening, admire the magnificent sunset over the pool. You will have access to the entire private villa and its exteriors.

Inside, you will find a large living room with an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove, ideal for cozy winter stays:
- Master bedroom: opening onto the patio, with private shower room, queen-size bed and closet/wardrobe.
- Second bedroom: queen-size bed, closet/wardrobe.
- Third bedroom: queen-size bed, closet/wardrobe.
- Fourth bedroom (mezzanine), overlooking the living room: skylight, 3 single beds. Please note: the ceiling height is reduced - a true paradise for children! Adults can also sleep here, but without being able to stand up. The bedroom is fully enclosed on all sides and opens onto the wall staircase, but without a door.

The villa also has a bathroom with a double shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a second separate toilet. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

You will be able to contact a person on site who will answer all your requests; I will remain available if necessary.

- No cameras inside the accommodation — guaranteed!
- Swimming pool: generally accessible from May to September (depending on weather conditions).
- Electric vehicle charging: Green'Up reinforced socket (3.2 kW) with standard plug — suitable for overnight charging. This is not a fast wall station. Please bring your own charging cable (2-pin domestic plug to your vehicle's socket). An extension cord is available.
- Parking: Free parking is available for two cars in front of the house, on the street (without through traffic, as we are the last house on the street, next to the cycle path). Other free parking spaces are available further down the street.

Fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers and with all the necessary dishes, champagne glasses, wine glasses, Nespresso coffee maker and Moka coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.

A full-week stay benefits from a 5% discount. This discount is already reflected in the prices listed on Airbnb.

A cleaning fee of 260 Euros (for stays of 3 nights or more) or 235 Euros (for stays of 2 nights or less) is also already included in the total price you will see on Airbnb. This fee includes bed linen and towels for the house. For the beach, we ask our guests to bring their own towels.

The expected behavior of travelers is respectful behavior, namely:
Trash cans must be emptied and thrown into the containers provided for this purpose,
Dishes must be clean and put away and household appliances clean,
Smoking is prohibited in the villa: in case of non-compliance, a flat rate of 500 Euros will be charged.
Pets are strictly prohibited inside the house but also in the garden.
The towels provided are intended for use in the house and at the pool. Guests are invited to bring their own beach towels if necessary.

Departure is scheduled for 10am, beyond that a supplement of 30Euros will be applied then 20Euros/hour if the rental of the villa allows it and upon prior request before the stay.

Also any stained linen will be charged according to the rates:

Duvet cover: 30Euros

The village of Bois-Plage is perfectly central, making it easy to reach the ends of the island by bike. The villa is ideally located in a quiet and private area, 5 minutes from the village center and the most beautiful market on the island (daily from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. from April 1st to November 1st and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off-season except during school holidays, also daily). Les Halles is open all year round. The bike path is nearby and will take you to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The port of Saint-Martin is 12 minutes away.

The best way to enjoy your stay is to forget the car! You can park two cars in front of the property, and other vehicles can be parked further down the street. Here, everything is done by bike—with magnificent cycle paths that cross vineyards, salt marshes, and run along the ocean.
