In the heart of the charming village of Ars en Re, this family home will enchant its guests. After falling in love with the potential of this Rhetaise residence, its owners and their architectural firm undertook a major renovation by imagining their house as a hotel. La Grande Bellezza is composed of two houses "Grande" and "Bellezza" facing each other, sharing a landscaped patio, each with 3 double bedrooms with beds convertible into twin beds and their respective shower rooms and toilets, they share a landscaped garden and a heated swimming pool so that large tribes can share friendly moments while enjoying their privacy and comfort. From furniture to bedding to tableware, each object is chosen with great taste and quality for the greatest pleasure of aesthetes and bon vivants.

Peak season: €12,000 per week – From 01/08/27 to 15/08/27
High season: €11,500 per week – From 18/07/27 to 01/08/27 and from 15/08/27 to 22/08/27; also includes the long weekends in May
Mid-season: €10,000 per week – From 11/07/27 to 18/07/27 and from 22/08/27 to 29/08/27
Low season: €5,950 per week – From 01/05/27 to 11/07/27 and from 29/08/27 to 01/10/27 (excluding the long weekends in May, which are charged at the high-season rate)
Very low season: €4,200 per week – From 01/01/27 to 01/05/27 and from 01/10/27 to 01/01/28

Additional charges:
- End-of-stay cleaning (Mandatory): €450
- Household linen (Mandatory): €360 (beds made upon arrival; includes two bath towels per person, bath mats, and kitchen towels)
- Pool towels: €12 each (Optional)
- Tourist tax: €3.30 per adult
