This high-end 180m² house is located near the village center (500 meters) and close to the beach (4 minutes by bike).
This magnificent single-story villa is functional, comfortable, and tastefully decorated.

Immediate access to the main cycle paths of Ile de Re towards Bois-Plage and La Couarde, Saint-Martin-de-Re, La Flotte, and Rivedoux-Plage.

Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on-site are included. Tourist tax is not included. Holiday vouchers accepted.
