Our house consists of a main house completely renovated in 2023-2024, a small independent annex, a garage with laundry room, an outdoor awning with open barbecue and a walled garden.

Main house renovated:
- living room overlooking the garden with large bay window and wood stove
- beautiful equipped kitchen, very bright, bar island with stools
- master corner on the ground floor with bedroom opening onto the garden and new 160 cm bed, bathroom with 2 sinks and furniture, walk-in shower, separate toilet.
- 3 bedrooms upstairs equipped with new 160 cm beds, one of which can be separated, bathroom with 1 sink, vanity unit and large walk-in shower, separate toilet
Unrenovated annex with separate access from the garden (via the house):
- 1 bedroom with new 160 cm bed and a baby bed
- separate toilet
- shower room with shower
The bedrooms are equipped with cupboards.
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
Wifi available.

The south-facing garden of 250m2 is calm and flowery and not overlooked; you will find 2 new deckchairs to enjoy the sun, a small relaxation area with garden chairs and a pleasant covered awning (and heated if necessary!) with BBQ for your meals and evenings.

The independent garage is rather reserved for bicycles and various beach and sea equipment. A laundry room is adjoining with sink, washing machine, dryer and various storage shelves.

Without there being private parking, you can generally park a car in front of the house. Otherwise, free public parking is accessible 300m away. We strongly advise you to favor travel on foot or by bike.

The house is for rent per full week during all school holidays. A minimum of 4 nights can be accepted after acceptance by the owner in low season.
1- The rental rate (tourist taxes included) is:
. 1960 euros / week in low season except Christmas
. 2100 euros / week end of year holidays
. 2600 euros from July 5 to August 30
2- Non-negotiable cleaning fee: 180 euros to be paid in addition, with the balance of the rent

Welcome to the charming village of Loix:
Our small typical village center house has just been renovated and is waiting for you to spend a pleasant vacation!
The house is an old fisherman's house, located in a quiet dead end 5 minutes from shops, the sea and cycle paths. Bike rental nearby.
Tennis and horse riding possible on Loix.
It is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks in the salt marshes or on the seafront.
Grouin beach is 10 minutes by bike and perfect for small children. Sailing lessons possible.
A small beach is accessible a few minutes walk from the house.
