Located in a quiet cul-de-sac less than 5 minutes walk from the center of the village of Bois Plage and 7 minutes walk from the beaches, Villa Alma is a cocoon ideally designed for holidays with family or friends. This 130m2 house with 3 bedrooms was completely renovated in 2022 and tastefully decorated. Its little extra: all the living rooms overlook the south-facing garden and its large bay windows.

Rates 2025:
Very high season: 640 Euros per night (1 week minimum) from July 19th to August 17th
High season: 570 Euros per night (1 week minimum) from July 1st to September 1st (excluding Very High Season) and May bank holidays
Mid season: 360 Euros per night, from mid-April to the end of September All Saints' Day
Low season: 240 Euros per night, from January to mid-April and from October to December (excluding All Saints' Day)

In addition:
- End of stay cleaning (mandatory): 175 Euros
- Household linen: 30 Euros per person (beds made on arrival and two towels per person, bath mat, kitchen towels)
- Pool towels: 8 Euros each
- Tourist tax: 2.53 Euros per night per adult (4 tourist furniture)
