In this charming villa, each space is perfectly equipped to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The sleeping area is composed of three bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be separated into two 90x200 single beds, shower room and toilet
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, dressing room, shower room and toilet
- a bedroom with two 90x200 single beds that can be joined into a 180x200 bed
- a bathroom and a separate toilet

The living space includes a fireplace with an open fireplace, a television, and Wi-Fi internet access. The very well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and a Godin stove. A utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Outside, you'll enjoy the two separate, private spaces. On one side, there's a magnificent south-facing terrace with an aperitif area, a wooded garden, deckchairs, and a 7x3m salt-water pool, heated (from April to September depending on the weather) and secured with an electric roller shutter. On the other side, there's a bar with a barbecue and a summer courtyard for sharing meals in a friendly atmosphere. Pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner. You can park your vehicles in front of the villa.

- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Optional linen rental in addition:
- 32 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
