"Le Chai" is a village house located in an alley accessible on foot or by bike, completely renovated in the heart of the village of Couarde sur mer. A disturbing marriage, between the ancient and the contemporary, with noble and modern lines.
The accommodation
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a remarkable living room characterized by high ceilings overlooking the exterior.
A separate kitchen fitted and equipped in the other part of the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms including a master suite, a bedroom with single beds and a "children's" bedroom.
An additional shower room and WC completes the floor.

The private courtyard is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

As a general rule, arrivals at accommodations take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and exits at 10 a.m. maximum according to the agency's schedule.
For any arrival or departure before 8 a.m. and after 7 p.m., an additional rate is applied:
-From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.: 50Euros
-From 10 p.m. to Midnight: 80Euros
-From Midnight to 6 a.m.: 100Euros
-From 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.: 70Euros
Maximum exit time: 10 a.m.
