Charming little holiday home in a quiet and very well-maintained family residence (Clos des Thermes), with access to a swimming pool (heated from April to September - small and large pool). Tourist furniture 3.
300m from Grignon beach, in a residence with thalassotherapy (Thalacap - 15% discount), at the foot of the cycle paths and 7 minutes by bike from the bell tower of Ars. Enjoy thalassotherapy treatments (30m) in your own independent accommodation, and/or the sea in the immediate vicinity and/or the communal swimming pool.
The house is composed on the ground floor:
- a main living room-kitchen opening onto a small enclosed garden facing SOUTH, equipped with outdoor furniture (Table, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs, 2 armchairs)
- a separate toilet.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (3 beds) and 1 bathroom
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 - Fitted wardrobe.

No wasted space.
Private parking with 1 numbered space nearby.
5-day minimum rentals OFF peak season.
July-August: 7-day minimum. 14-day rentals are preferred and Sunday to Sunday rentals are mandatory (easy entry and exit to the island).
Bed linen and towels are not provided (rental possible).
Our pets are unfortunately not allowed (allergy). Non-smoking house.

Bedding: Provide 1 fitted sheet 1 duvet cover pillowcases per bed (2 single beds 190 x 90 and 1 double bed 140x190) or rental possible via Loclinge.com.
If at the start we find that household linen has not been used, we would unfortunately be obliged to charge you for cleaning and disinfecting the beds. Deposit refund after cleaning.
