Charming little holiday home in a quiet and very well maintained residence (Clos des Thermes), with access to the swimming pool (heated from April to September - small and large pool). 300m from Grignon beach, 30m from the thalassotherapy center (15% discount), at the foot of the cycle paths.

The house is composed on the ground floor:
- a main living room-kitchen room opening onto a small enclosed garden, facing SOUTH, equipped with outdoor furniture electric blinds. Wifi (Orange fiber).
- a separate toilet.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (3 beds) and 1 bathroom
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 140 - Fitted cupboard.
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90 that can be united or separated as needed - Fitted cupboard.
- Bathroom with bathtub and towel dryer radiator.

Private parking with 1 numbered space nearby.
Rentals 7 days minimum (We are flexible on arrival and departure dates) .
Our animal friends are unfortunately not allowed. Non-smoking house.

Equipped kitchen with also a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster.
WIFI TV (Orange Fiber), small Bluetooth speaker, board games.
Baby equipment: Mattress travel cot, BB seat to be installed on a chair.
Bedding: Bring 1 sheet cover 1 duvet cover pillowcases per bed (2 single beds 190 x 90 and 1 double bed 140x190) or rental possible. If we initially notice that household linen has not been used, we will unfortunately be obliged to charge you for the cleaning and disinfection of the beds.
Bathroom: Hair dryer. Towel dryer radiator.
Vacuum cleaner. Mini ironing board, iron if necessary.
Exterior: table/4 chairs, electric blinds.

Ascension weekend: duration and price on request
June/mid- July/September: 1000-1200Euros per week
August: 1400Euros per week
Other weeks: 600Euros/week
Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee: 40Euros
