Rental of a set of 2 Rethaise houses

Here is the description of the two houses:
- The Estran which overlooks the street is 85 m2. One bedroom is on the ground floor, with the living room and a toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with a toilet and the bathroom with bathtub. It can accommodate 7 people in 2 double beds and 3 single beds including a high bed for a child over 6 years old.
- The Océane which overlooks only the garden is 75 m2. On the ground floor, are the living room, the bathroom (still to be renovated) and the toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet. There is a double bed and two twin beds.

These houses are ideal for accommodating two families wanting to spend a holiday together but keep their privacy. Many games and books are available for all ages.

During your stay, please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors who live on site all year round.

A car can enter under the porch but free parking is 5 minutes away on foot.

Each house has its own kitchen in the living room. Only the Oceane is equipped with a television. The Oceane is connected to the internet by optical fiber. Teleworking is therefore possible. Concerning the Estran, wifi is available by a wifi repeater.

A high chair, a changing table and a folding baby bed are available.

A large table and garden chairs are on the terrace with a parasol.

A laundry room and a freezer are shared by both houses in an adjoining room.

The houses are heated by a heat pump.

These houses have just been put up for seasonal rental in April 2024. The rental amount for the two houses is 1400 euros per week in high season (holidays and long weekends included) and 1200 in low season.

The houses can be rented separately in low season if necessary at 900 euros per week for Estran and 700 euros per week for Oceane.

If you wish, outside school holidays, to rent only a few days, the night is 300 euros.

A concierge will come to bring the keys and do the inventory of fixtures. He must clean at the end of the stay and show you a place to rent linen. Cleaning costs 80 euros in addition to the rental price.

The high season rate applies to all school holidays and long weekends.

When you leave, the houses must be left in order and the dishes must be clean and put away. The caretaker only takes care of cleaning the floors and toilets. The trash cans must be emptied and if they are not collected the day before your departure, please empty them into the containers provided for this purpose when leaving the house on the left, at the end of the main street of Raigon in the parking lot.

These houses are 2 minutes by bike or 8 minutes on foot from the town center and children's games and 7 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot from the beaches on the north side and the south side of the Island.
