Rental of a set of 2 Rethaise houses

This is the first summer that we are renting a set of 2 independent houses with a shared garden. The price is therefore reduced by 30% compared to usual rentals.

Here is the description of the two houses:
- the Estran which overlooks the street is 85 m2. A bedroom is on the ground floor, with the living room and a toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with a toilet and the bathroom with bathtub. It can accommodate 7 people in 2 double beds and 3 single beds including a high bed for a child over 6 years old.
- the Oceane which only overlooks the garden is 75 m2. On the ground floor are the living room, the bathroom (still to be renovated) and the toilets. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet. There is a double bed and two twin beds.

These houses are ideal for accommodating two families wanting to holiday together but still maintain their privacy. Many games and books are available for all ages.

During your stay, please respect the tranquility of the neighbors who live on site all year round.

A car can enter under the porch but free parking is 5 minutes' walk away. .

Each house has its own kitchen in the living room. Only the Oceane is equipped with a television. The Oceane is connected to the internet by optical fiber. Teleworking is therefore possible. Concerning the Foreshore, wifi is available through a wifi repeater.

A high chair and a folding baby bed are available.

A large table and garden chairs are on the terrace with a parasol.

A laundry room and a freezer are common to the two houses in an annex premises.

From September 2024 the amount is therefore 1400 euros per week in high season (holidays and extended weekends included) and 1100 in low season.
A concierge will come and bring the keys and take stock of the exit premises. He must do the cleaning at the end of your stay and tell you where to rent the linen. The cleaning amounts to 80 euros in addition to the rental price.

The high season rate applies for all school holidays and extended weekends.

When you leave, the houses must be put in order and the dishes must be clean and tidy. The concierge only takes care of cleaning the floors and sanitary facilities. The trash cans must be emptied and if they are not collected the day before your departure, please empty them into the containers provided for this purpose when leaving the house on the left, at the end of the main rue de la raigon in the parking lot.

These houses are 2 minutes by bike or 8 minutes on foot from the town center and children's games and 7 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot from the beaches on the north side and the south side of the Island.
