Here is a description of the two houses: - L'Estran, which faces the street, is 85 m². One bedroom is on the ground floor, along with the living room and a toilet. The three other bedrooms are upstairs with a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. It can accommodate 7 people in 2 double beds and 3 single beds, including a bunk bed for a child over 6 years old. - L'Océane, which opens only onto the garden, is 75 m². On the ground floor are the living room, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet. There is one double bed and two twin beds. These houses are ideal for two families wanting to spend a holiday together but maintain their privacy. Numerous games and books are available for all ages. During your stay, please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors who live on-site year-round. A car can be parked under the porch, but free parking is a 5-minute walk away.

Each house has its own kitchen in the living room. Only the Oceane is equipped with a television. The Oceane is connected to the internet via fiber optics. Teleworking is therefore possible. Regarding the Estran, Wi-Fi is available via a Wi-Fi repeater.

A high chair, a changing table, and a folding baby bed are available.

A laundry room and a freezer are shared by both houses in an annex. You must bring your own detergent and dishwasher tablets.

The houses are heated using a heat pump.

These houses were made available for seasonal rental in April 2024. The rental price for both houses is €1500 per week in high season (including holidays and long weekends) and €1300 in low season. The houses can be rented separately in low season if needed, at €900 per week for Estran and €700 per week for Oceane. If you wish to rent for only a few days outside of school holidays, the nightly rate is €300. A concierge will deliver the keys and conduct the check-out inspection. They are required to clean the houses at the end of your stay and will direct you to a place where you can rent linens. Cleaning costs €80 in addition to the rental price. High season rates apply to all school holidays and long weekends. Upon your departure, the houses must be left tidy and the dishes must be clean and put away. The caretaker is only responsible for cleaning the floors and bathrooms. The rubbish must be emptied, and if it is not collected the day before your departure, please empty it into the designated containers located to the left of the house, at the end of the main street of La Raigon, in the parking lot.

These houses are 2 minutes by bike or 8 minutes on foot from the town center and children's games and 7 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot from the beaches on the north side and the south side of the Island.
