In a quiet environment, at the bottom of a dead end, the villa is located between the North and South beaches of Rivedoux Plage, its beach restaurants, shops and small port, bordered by the Pertuis Breton and the Pertuis d'Antioche, facing in La Rochelle.
Large bays and sandy beach to the North facing the Vendee coast, and to the South East facing La Rochelle and the Ile d'Aix.
Many various activities possible:
- Kitesurfing and fishing on foot at low water during the high tides, North coast,
- Surfing, windsurfing, swimming, South coast,
- Cycle path nearby to visit the Island,
- Picnic area and games for children (with first aid station).
