Description

Come and recharge your batteries in this superb, quiet, and spacious house, offering comfortable amenities and air conditioning, ideal for holidays with family or friends! Catherine's House features a pleasant open-plan living area that opens onto the outside, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room, and a light-filled dining room. The ground floor also includes a room combining a shower room and laundry area (washing machine and dryer), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find three master suites, each with its own unique ambiance. Two suites are equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a shower room. One suite is equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a shower room. Finally, there is a fourth bedroom with two single bunk beds. You will appreciate the outdoor space, which includes a landscaped terrace and a magnificent swim spa that can accommodate all guests. You can gather around the outdoor table and enjoy the griddle. Parking for two vehicles is available on the property.
