Come and recharge your batteries in this superb, calm and spacious house, with comfortable amenities, ideal for holidays with family or friends!

La Demeure de Catherine has a pleasant living room open to the outside, where you will find an equipped kitchen, a double living room as well as a dining room bathed in light.

The ground floor also includes a room combining a bathroom and laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will find three master suites with unique atmospheres. Two suites are equipped with a queen size bed (160x200) and a bathroom. A suite is equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom. Finally, you will find a fourth bedroom with two single bunk beds.

You will appreciate the outdoor space composed of a planted terrace and a magnificent swimming spa that can accommodate all guests.

You can meet up for your moments of sharing around the outdoor table and enjoy the plancha.

Parking of two vehicles is possible within the property.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,750 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,450 Euros/week
- High season: 3,650 Euros/week
- Very high season: 4,500 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate varies according to the length of the stay and the number of vacationers)
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including Sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
