The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the center of La Flotte and Arnerault beach. The villa is comfortable and features a bright living/dining room opening onto the garden and the swimming pool. The garden includes a wooden deck and garden furniture for 10 people. Parking is available for one vehicle in front of the house, and there are other parking lots nearby. Bicycles can be easily parked in the designated patio. Bedroom 1 (Master): Double bed (160x200cm). Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature of our pools is also affected by the weather: warm weather increases the water temperature and cold weather decreases the water temperature.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
