This villa is an outbuilding on our owner where we live.

The entrance to the courtyard is shared and you can park 2 cars.

Then you take a small passage which will lead you to the villa.

We do not separate the gardens with a fence but you have a large space reserved for you, with plancha and garden furniture.

Low season minimum 2 nights (except exceptions if public holidays):
October 1 to May 31: 200Euros per night on weekdays and 250Euros per night on Friday, Saturday evening and public holidays

Mid-season:
June 1 to June 30: 300Euros per night (2 minimum nights)
September 1 to September 31: 300Euros per night (2 nights minimum)

High season:
from July 1 to August 31: 430Euros per night (7 nights minimum)

End of stay cleaning: 120Euros
tourist tax: 2.59Euros per person ( 18 years) and per day

The village center with its market and shops is 3 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike or a quarter of an hour / 20 minutes on foot.
For the sandy beach and swimming at high and low tide, we recommend the beach south of sablanceaux to Rivedoux-Plage (10 minutes by bike)
