The house is bathed in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The living room is arranged around the fireplace, the large dining room and the fitted kitchen invite you to share friendly moments with family or friends. Pianists will have the pleasure of playing a few notes.

La Tannerie has on the ground floor two bedrooms equipped with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and 'an independent bathroom. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two magnificent master suites with queen size beds (160x200 cm) and adjoining bathrooms.

You will enjoy a beautiful garden with its dining area under the plant pergola, and its jacuzzi for perfect relaxation.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 2,075 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,675 Euros/week
- High season: 3,675 Euros/week
- Very high season: 4,475 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate varies according to the number of travelers and the number of nights)
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, duvet, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
