Family home in the center of La Flotte

Welcome to our charming family home!
It is located on a very quiet street, a 5-minute walk from the town center of La Flotte, and a 7-minute walk from the beach.
It is also pleasant for both friends and family with its small courtyard sheltered from the wind and its large garden.

My grandparents built it in the 1960s, and we have been living in it with our 3 children since 2021.
We have been renovating it since then, trying to preserve its original charm and some of the old-fashioned Rethais furniture. You will not be in a bland Ikea house, but in a real Rethais house with all its comforts.

The house is approximately 120 m² and has 4 bedrooms in total.

> a living area with a living room and its large table for up to 10 people, a large fully equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchen utensils (dishwasher, oven, microwave).
> 3 bedrooms in the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a baby bed with changing table, a bathroom, toilets
> 1 master bedroom with adjoining shower room, away from the sleeping area
> a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, a second oven, a second refrigerator, a microwave oven, toilets
> an enclosed interior courtyard allowing you to eat outside
> a courtyard allowing you to park two cars and eat outside
> a grassy garden with swing, washing line, BBQ
> wi-fi. We don't have a TV but can provide a computer screen for watching movies if you'd like. You can park one car in the yard, and there's space for another car in front of the house. We have a small tortoise farm in the garden. Deborah, the breeder, comes to the garden from time to time to look after the tortoises. It's always a great opportunity to learn a fun fact about tortoises.

You will have access to the entire house except for a small garage where we keep our family belongings.

A concierge will come to do the inventory of the premises upon arrival and departure.

For sheets and towels, 2 possibilities:
- either you bring your own sheets-towels-tea towels
- or you rent them >
Household linen: 20 Euros per person.
Beds made on arrival: 8 Euros per room

Plus the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 100 Euros
Tourist tax: 2 Euros per adult/night

- 50% deposit upon reservation.
- The balance is due 15 days before the start of the stay.
- Security deposit required upon arrival by bank check: 1,000 Euros

From 2200 to 3000 € per week / Minimum 1 week

The rates are as follows:
. for the spring break 2025 > 2,200 Euros per week
. from July 5 to August 2, 2025 > 2,600 Euros per week
. from August 2 to August 16, 2025 > 3,000 Euros per week
. from August 16 to 30, 2025 > 2,600 Euros per week

Rental and delivery at home. Sheet set, towels, tea towels.
