Welcome to our charming family house in a quiet street 8 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the town center and the port of La Flotte.
It is also pleasant with friends as well as family.

The house is approximately 120 m².
It is located in a very quiet street, 5 minutes walk from the town center of La Flotte, 7 minutes walk from the beach by the charming alleys.

> a day area with a living room and its large table for up to 10 people, a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave)
> a night area with three bedrooms double and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a baby bed with changing table, a bathroom, toilets
> a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom, away from the sleeping area
> a laundry room with washing machine , second oven, second refrigerator, microwave oven, toilet
> an enclosed interior courtyard allowing dining outside
> a courtyard allowing two cars to be parked and eating outside
> a grass garden with swing, wire laundry, BBQ
> wi-fi

You will have access to the entire house except a small garage where we keep our family belongings.

A concierge will come and take stock of the entry and exit.

For sheets and towels, 2 possibilities:
- either you bring back your sheets-towels-tea towels
- or you rent them >
Household linen: 30 Euros per person.
Beds made on arrival: 8 Euros per room

Plus obligatory end-of-stay cleaning: 100 Euros
Tourist tax : 2Euros per adult/night

- 30% deposit upon reservation.
- The balance must be paid 15 days before the start of the stay.
- Deposit required on arrival by bank check: 1,000 Euros

From 1300 to 2000 € per week / Minimum 1 week
Security déposit 1000 €
Deposit 50 %
Balance payment 2 weekd before arrival
