La Mariniere is a pretty holiday home located in a quiet environment, offering you a pleasant, bright and spacious living room composed of a lounge area with fireplace, a dining room and a fitted kitchen, all opening onto the sunny outdoor terrace.
La Mariniere has three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a 140x200 cm double bed, and one bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds that can be joined into a large 180x190 cm double bed. This sleeping area is built around a spacious bathroom.
You will enjoy a beautiful outdoor space comfortably seated on the large terrace with garden table and plancha to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The large wooded garden will allow you to park your vehicle within the property.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms including two double bedrooms with 140x200cm beds and a double bedroom with a 180x200cm bed. You can have a bathroom with a bathtub.
The kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator. than a washing machine.

- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult person (maximum rate varies depending on the length of stay and the number of vacationers)
Additional administrative fees: 49 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 32 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
