Equipped with private enclosed parking, the villa is made up of 2 buildings which adjoin each other at the edge of the terrace (75 m² including 21 m² covered by a courtyard):

• A building on the ground floor including a large, very bright living room with open fitted kitchen (14 m²) and living room (12 m²) opening onto a patio (7 m²), and a WC.
• A 1-storey building bringing together, on the ground floor, the entrance to the building and staircase, a 13 m² bedroom and a laundry room (washing and ironing room).
• Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 13 and 14m². One of the two bedrooms has a private terrace of 20 m²
Each bedroom has large closets and a private bathroom with shower. A WC is located on each level.

Bed linen and bath mats are provided (towels excluded).

The beach is 550 m away. Its positioning allows access to all the amenities and activities offered by the town, on foot.

The central position of the village makes it easy to travel throughout the Ile de Re.
