Beautiful, quiet villa, completely renovated (reception 2024) located in the village, 550 m from the beaches, 220 m from the center and 260 m from all amenities (market, medical center, pharmacy, market, supermarket, cultural center… ).

Equipped with private enclosed parking, the villa is made up of 2 buildings which adjoin each other at the edge of the terrace (75 m² including 21 m² covered by a courtyard):

• A building on the ground floor including a large, very bright living room with open fitted kitchen (14 m²) and living room (12 m²) opening onto a patio (7 m²), and a WC.
• A 1-storey building bringing together, on the ground floor, the entrance to the building and staircase, a 13 m² bedroom and a laundry room (washing and ironing room).
• Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 13 and 14m². One of the two bedrooms has a private terrace of 20 m²
Each bedroom has large closets and a private bathroom with shower. A WC is located on each level.

Bed linen and bath mats are provided (towels excluded).

Non-smoking house, pets not accepted.

In order to preserve the calm of the place and the neighborhood, festive evenings are not accepted .

The Villa is located in the village of La Couarde sur Mer between 250 and 300m from the heart of the village, the market, the medical center supermarket, the Maline cultural center... The beach is 550 m away. Its positioning allows access to all the amenities and activities offered by the town, on foot.
The cycle paths are nearby.
The central position of the village makes it easy to travel throughout the Ile de Re.
