I rent out my house, where I live year-round, and which is a family home where young and old meet regularly.
It is located in Rivedoux.

It offers a breathtaking view of the sea, where you have access to the beach just a few dozen meters away. The heart of the village of Rivedoux-Plage is a 5-minute bike ride away. Fifty meters away, you have a beach bar that also rents paddleboards, jet skis, etc.

The house is approximately 150m² and can accommodate 6 people.
Because I live there, it is perfectly equipped for everyday life and, of course, somewhat personalized. I also leave groceries, household and hygiene products at your disposal, which allows you to lighten your luggage.

• of a large living room of approximately 70m2 including 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room and 1 small living room.
• a large covered terrace also allows you to enjoy the outdoors in the shade of the sun.

• a laundry area providing a washing machine, 1 ironing board and iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner.

Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view, as well as a second bathroom.

• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90)
• 1 bathroom: shower, sink, WC

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. The same applies to end-of-stay cleaning

The garden is fully enclosed and has a sandbox for children, as well as several armchairs to enjoy the view. It can accommodate up to 2 cars and there are also 2 parking spaces available in front of the house.

Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, an oven, a refrigerator (a second one with a freezer is available in the laundry room), a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, coffee makers (Senseo filter coffee maker)...

1 TV is available in the living room as well as in 2 bedrooms.

Wi-Fi connection.

The bedrooms include bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases). A hairdryer is also available.

Baby equipment including a travel cot with mattress is available on site.

Plancha, table and garden chairs are at your disposal to fully enjoy the terrace.

Finally, the bike racks located in the courtyard will facilitate your bike rides on the many cycle paths that the Ile de Re has to offer (bike rental possible in the village).
