I am renting my house, a family place to spend a good vacation!
It offers a breathtaking view of the sea where you have access to the beach just a few dozen meters away. The heart of the village of Rivedoux-Plage is accessible 5 minutes by bike.
The house is approximately 150m2 and can accommodate 6 people (8 allowed with sleeping on a sofa bed). It is composed on the ground floor:
• a large living room of approximately 70m2 including 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room and 1 small living room.
• a large covered terrace also allows you to enjoy the outdoors in the shade of the sun.
• a bathroom with 1 shower, 1 sink and toilet
• a laundry area providing a washing machine washing, 1 ironing board and iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner.
Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which have a view of the sea, as well as a second bathroom:
• 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed ( 140)
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90)
• 1 bathroom: shower sink WC
The garden is completely enclosed and has a sandbox for children, as well as several armchairs allowing you to enjoy the view. It allows parking for up to 2 cars and there are also 2 spaces available in front of the house.
Bed linen as well as towels are provided and included in the price.
A cleaning fee at the end of the stay of 120Euros and not included in the price is optional.
Our animal friends are not allowed.
Kitchen equipped with a 4 gas hob, an oven, 1 refrigerator (1 second with freezer is available in the laundry room), a microwave oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 toaster, 1 kettle , coffee makers (Senseo filter coffee maker)…
1 TV is available in the living room as well as in 2 bedrooms.
Wifi connection.
The rooms include bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases). A hairdryer is also available.
Baby equipment including travel cot with mattress is available on site.
Plancha, table and garden chairs are at your disposal to fully appreciate the terrace.
Finally, the bicycle racks located in the courtyard will facilitate your Bike trips on the many cycle paths offered by the Ile de Re (bike rental possible in the village).
