Rental Description

La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this ideal holiday home with a sunny terrace in the heart of Loix, close to shops and the market.

Close to cycle paths, the house is quiet and 500 meters from the sea.

The house is comfortable and has a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely dining area opening onto the terrace.

Parking is available in the communal car park (free and large with availability!) in the immediate vicinity of the house.

GROUND FLOOR:

Spacious, bright living room with lounge area and open-plan kitchen.

A separate WC.

Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 double bed and an open-plan private bathroom with WC.

UPSTAIRS:

Bedroom 2 (MASTER) with a double bed Bedroom 1: 180x200 cm bed and an open-plan private bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and an open-plan private shower room with toilet.

Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and an open-plan private shower room with toilet.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
