La Centrale de l'Ile de Re offers you this ideal house for holidays with a sunny terrace in the heart of Loix and close to shops and the market.

Close to the cycle paths, the house is quiet and 500 meters from the sea.

The house is comfortable and has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining area opening onto the terrace.

Possibility of parking in the communal car park (free and large with availability !) in the immediate vicinity of the house.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:

Large bright living room with lounge area and open kitchen.

A separate toilet.

Bedroom 1 composed of 1 double bed 160x200 and an open bathroom and private room with WC.
