Welcome to our house "La Rose des Vents".
Spacious family home of 155 m2 with a large enclosed garden, close to the beach and the port of La Flotte (7 minutes walk each).
The house is ideal for two families, it can accommodate up to 11 people (1 travel cot).

The house has two levels.
Ground floor:
-Large entrance
-A bathroom with WC (shower)
-A large living room (TV / fiber box)
-A kitchen with a dining room open to the kitchen (baby high chair)
-Garage with washing machine, dryer and small additional fridge.

First floor:
-A large landing
-A separate toilet
-A large bathroom (shower) changing table.
-4 spacious bedrooms with a large closet/wardrobe in each room (new bedding/duvets/pillows):
oElephant Room 1: adult bedroom with double bed 160. Sleeps 2
oFlamingo Room 2: children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Sleeps 3
oGazelle Room 3: adult bedroom: 2 beds 80/200 that can be pushed together to make a double bed 160. (In the closet, a travel cot with real baby mattress and a deckchair). Sleeps 2
oAzure Room 4: children's bedroom: 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds. Sleeps 4

In the garden:
-2 large tables and chairs for 12 people
- deckchairs.
-Barbecue


So that everyone can enjoy it, you will find comics, books and board games as well as children's games in the Flamingo room.

The house is ideally located, we hope that you will be as happy there as the 7 of us!

We do not provide household linen (bed linen and towels), we suggest you go through Loclinge for this purpose which works very well on the Island.

The house is located 7 minutes walk from the port of La Flotte with all these shops and walks every day of the year.
It is also located 7 minutes walk from La Flotte beach.
Quiet and at the same time central, at the entrance to the village, the house is ideally located!
