2-room duplex cabin apartment, completely renovated and classed 2 stars in 2024, attic with total useful surface area of 35m2, 30 m2 of living space, on the 1st floor with elevator.
This apartment is made up of a living room or has an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a comfortable 140cm 190cm sofa bed (comfortable 18cm mattress on slatted base), a table with 4 chairs, TV, and an extra bed intended for a child of under 12 years old, bright thanks to a transom window and a French window opening onto the courtyard (quieter compared to the apartments overlooking the swimming pool). A bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit will be at your disposal, with a small retractable clothes dryer and a towel dryer. The toilets are separate and present in the entrance.
On the 1st floor you will have an attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a skylight equipped with a blackout blind and a dressing room (length: 2 m, height 2 m)
You will have access to a shared lounge on the ground floor of the residence, a private shared swimming pool and its paddling pool (open from 05/15 to 09/30), all enclosed. Deckchairs are at your disposal to rest.
WIFI in the residence and in all common areas.
A bicycle storage room will allow you to store your bicycles safely. For parking, an assigned parking space in the residence with a block park is reserved for you.
Various services available as an option and at an additional cost: rental of linen, bicycles, childcare items, end-of-stay cleaning package, etc. .
A private concierge is available to welcome you and facilitate your stay.
Arrival times are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and departure times from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The co-ownership is subject to internal regulations to be taken into account so that everyone can fully enjoy their vacation.
Pets cannot be admitted (allergy of owner) and the reception of physically disabled people is not possible in relation to the apartment configuration.
