Its beautiful outdoor courtyard and its decor combining charm and refinement will delight you.

You will find a pretty, fitted and functional kitchen as well as a beautiful, spacious and warm living room.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, and a suite with a bathroom and dressing room upstairs. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 bed, and one bedroom with a sofa bed for one person.

The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

Outside, you will enjoy a pretty terrace and a landscaped garden to relax or gather around an outdoor meal.

You can park your vehicle in the adjacent streets, there is a parking lot located a few meters from the house.

Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels are not provided. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. The beaches are easily accessible on foot or by bike: Plage des Gollandieres 1 km away and Plage du Pas des Boeufs 1.5 km away.

You easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
