Come and recharge your batteries by staying with family or friends in this charming stone-walled house in the heart of the village of Bois-Plage!

Its beautiful exterior courtyard and its decoration combining charm and refinement will delight you.

You will find a pretty fitted and functional kitchen as well as a beautiful spacious and warm living room where you can gather around the fireplace.

The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, and a suite with bathroom and dressing room upstairs. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 bed, and one bedroom has a sofa bed for one person.

The house is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Outside, you will enjoy a pretty terrace and a landscaped garden to relax or gather around an outdoor meal.

You can park your vehicle in the adjacent streets, a car park located a few meters from the house.

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental, end of stay cleaning included:
- Low season: 880 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,280 Euros/week
- High season: 1,780 Euros/week
- Very high season: 2,180 Euros/week (from Sunday to Sunday preferably)

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/major person (maximum rate depending on the rent of the stay and the number of travelers)
Additional administration fees: 49 Euros
Linen rental in extra option: 32 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival. Beach towels not provided.

The beaches are easily accessible on foot or by bike: Plage des Gollandieres 1 km away and Plage du Pas des Boeufs 1.5 km away.

You easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
