From the living room you will access a large and pleasant courtyard of 60m2, not overlooked, in which you can spend friendly moments around the garden furniture or the table for your meals. A Kamado type barbecue is at your disposal. A gate provides bicycle access from an alley at the back of the house. On the first floor, a large landing leads to a master suite, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. upstairs a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with bathroom. Very high-end bedding.
