Bathed in light all day long, its bay windows opening onto the garden and swimming pool create an idyllic atmosphere to enjoy every moment in absolute tranquility. This architect-designed house has the greatest comfort thought out in every detail to relax.

AVAILABILITY AND RATES
Our rates include the passage of a cleaning lady for 3 hours mid-stay.

Very high season: 10,500 Euros per week (from 07/27 to 08/17)
High season: 8,400 Euros per week (from 07/14 to 09/01 excluding very high season)
Mid season: from May 1 to 09/30 off season above Christmas holidays: 5,250 Euros per week
Low season: all other dates: 3,500Euros per week week

- Short stays on request in mid season only

- 365 Euros obligatory end-of-stay cleaning fee
- 30Euros per person of household linen (beds made on arrival and two towels per person) obligatory
- 4.51 Euros per night and per adult obligatory tourist tax
