Comfortable, bright, charming house with a vintage and modern spirit. For 9 people max. We only rent it in July and August.

It offers a main house a studio with independent entrance which communicates from the outside with the house.


In the main house:
->4 bedrooms:
-1 on the mezzanine with 2 beds 90x200 which can be brought together and become a bed 180x200
-3 on the ground floor, two of which have a shower, sink and bed 160x200 and one with 3 beds 90x200;
a separate toilet; a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer; a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a wooden deck with sunny garden; a winter garden opening onto the terrace.

In the studio:
- a separate entrance with storage
- a kitchen area: dishes, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- a dining area: table and chairs
- a lounge area: sofa, TV
- a sleeping area: 160 bed
- a bathroom: shower, sink, WC
- an enclosed exterior with dining area

Outside: barbecue, sink, deckchairs, shower, garden furniture.

The house is located near the cycle paths, approximately 650m from the beach, 700m from the village of La Couarde with all amenities: shops, market, bakery, doctors, physiotherapist, pharmacy, beach club, tennis, sailing, restaurants, cinema....

As this is our main house, pets are not allowed, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house.
We are counting on you to take care of our house!
Possibility to park two cars in front of the house or in the street.

Linen and/or cleaning extra if needed.
Baby equipment (travel cot/high chair) available on request.

Rental is for a minimum of one week.

Possibility of providing bed linen and towels, tea towels and bath mats at an additional cost.

Possibility of taking the cleaning package at an additional cost.

From 3000 to 3700 € per week / Minimum 1 week
Security déposit 1000 €

Balance payment on arrival
Local tourist taxe included.

Rental only July and August.

Weekly rental but possible to do 4 nights minimum.
