Comfortable, bright, charming house with a vintage and modern feel. We only rent it in July and August.

It offers:

->3 bedrooms:
-1 on the mezzanine with 2 90x200 beds that can be pushed together to become a 180x200 bed
-2 on the ground floor, one with a shower, sink and 160x200 bed and one with 3 90x200 beds;
a separate toilet; a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer; a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a wooden deck with sunny garden; a winter garden opening onto the terrace.

Outdoors: barbecue, sink, deckchairs, shower, garden furniture.

The house is located near cycle paths, about 650m from the beach, 700m from the village of La Couarde with all amenities: shops, market, bakery, doctors, physiotherapist, pharmacy, beach club, tennis, sailing, restaurants, cinema....

As this is our main house, pets are not allowed, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house.
We are counting on you to take care of our house!
Parking is available in front of the house.

Linen and/or cleaning at an additional cost if needed.
Baby equipment (travel cot/high chair) available on request.

Possibility of providing bed linen and towels, tea towels and bath mats at an additional cost.

Possibility of taking the cleaning package at an additional cost.

From 2500 to 3000 € per week / Minimum 1 week

Balance payment on arrival
Local tourist taxe included.
