- a fenced outdoor area with dining space

The studio is ideally located in the center of the island, near cycle paths, approximately 650m from the beach, 700m from the village of La Couarde with all amenities: shops, market, bakery, doctors, physiotherapist, pharmacy, beach club, tennis, sailing, restaurants, Cinema...

TV

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house.

Pets: please ask before booking.

Free street parking available.

Bed linen and towels, tea towel and bath mat provided.

The studio is very well insulated, but there is a space heater if needed for cooler weather.


The studio must be left clean and tidy (empty the bins, remove the sheets, clean, notify us of any breakages)
Or pay for the cleaning fee if needed.

Other remarks
For the TV :
1- Turn on the TV using the "Turn on TV" remote control and leave it alone.
2- Turn on the TV using the "Channels" remote control and use only that remote to change channels and adjust the volume.

For bicycles:
-fixed rack on the entrance shutter
-rack under an awning

For cars:
free street parking available on the right-hand side.

The cleaning package can be purchased as an extra.
