Comfortable, bright, charming house with a vintage and modern feel. We only rent in July and August. It offers: 3 bedrooms: - 1 on a mezzanine with two 90x200cm beds that can be joined to make a 180x200cm bed; - 2 on the ground floor, one with a shower, sink and a 160x200cm bed, and the other with three 90x200cm beds; a separate toilet; a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer; a large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a wooden deck with a sunny garden; a winter garden opening onto the terrace. Outside: barbecue, sink, deck chairs, shower, garden furniture. The house is located near cycle paths, approximately 650m from the beach, and 700m from the village of La Couarde with all amenities: shops, market, bakery, doctors, physiotherapist, pharmacy, beach club, tennis, sailing, restaurants, cinema... WiFi. As this is our main residence, pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house. We count on you to take care of our home! Parking is available in front of the house. Linen and/or cleaning are available for an additional fee if needed. Baby equipment (travel cot/high chair) is available upon request. The adjoining but completely independent studio apartment (for 2 people) can also be rented. (which allows for a total capacity of 9 people).

Possibility of providing bed linen and towels, tea towels and bath mats at an additional cost.
