Independent studio house, comfortable, bright, charming with a vintage and modern spirit. For 11 people max. We only rent it in July and August.

4 bedrooms:
-1 on the mezzanine with 2 90x200 beds that can be pushed together and become a 180x200 bed
-3 on the ground floor, two of which have a shower, sink and 160x200 bed and one with 3 beds 90x200;
a separate toilet; a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer; a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a wooden deck with sunny garden; a winter garden opening onto the terrace.

In the independent studio which communicates from the outside: 1 double bed; bathroom with shower, sink, toilet; kitchen with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob; couch ; small dining area.

Outside: barbecue, sink, deckchairs, shower, garden furniture.

The house is located near cycle paths, approximately 650m from the beach, 700m from the village of La Couarde with all amenities: shops, market, bakery, doctors, kinetics, pharmacy, beach club, tennis, sailing, restaurants, cinema....

As this is our main house, pets are not allowed, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside of the House.
We are counting on you to take care of our home!
Possibility of parking two cars in front of the house or in the street.

Additional linen and/or cleaning if necessary.
Baby equipment (travel cot/high chair) available on request.

Rental is for a minimum week.
