It comprises: A large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge area. Four bedrooms (6 beds in total): - 1 double bed (160cm) - 1 double bed (160cm) with shower and sink - 3 single beds (90cm) - 1 king-size bed (180cm) (2 x 90cm) with shower, sink, and toilet. A bathroom with shower, double sink, washing machine, and towel warmer. A separate toilet. A large outdoor area with gardens, a large wooden terrace, a dining area, a sink, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. TV and Wi-Fi are provided. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house. Pets are welcome; please inquire before booking.

Free street parking is available at the far right or in the free parking lot behind the house.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an additional fee.


The house is ideally located in the center of the island, near cycle paths, close to beaches, and the village of La Couarde with all amenities: shops, market, bakery, doctors, physiotherapist, pharmacy, beach club, tennis, sailing, restaurants, cinema...

Please leave the house clean and tidy (empty the bins and dishwasher, clean) and notify us of any breakages.

You can opt for the cleaning package (on request).

Self check-in is possible thanks to a key box.

It is possible to take the cleaning package and/or bed linen and towels as an extra.
