Comfortable, bright, charming house with a vintage and modern feel. We only rent it in July and August.

It offers a main house and a studio with a separate entrance that connects to the house from the outside.

It is possible to rent the house, the studio for 9 people, or just the house for 7 people (without the studio).


In the main house:
->3 bedrooms:
-1 on the mezzanine with 2 90x200 beds that can be pushed together to become a 180x200 bed
-2 on the ground floor, one with a shower, sink, and 160x200 bed and one with 3 90x200 beds;
a separate toilet; a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine, and dryer; a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a wooden deck with a sunny garden; a winter garden opening onto the terrace.

In the studio:
- a separate entrance with storage
- a kitchen area: dishes, microwave, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- a dining area: table and chairs
- a lounge area: sofa, TV
- a sleeping area: 160 cm bed
- a bathroom: shower, sink, WC
- a fenced outdoor area with dining area

Outdoors: barbecue, sink, deckchairs, shower, garden furniture.

The house is located near the cycle paths, about 650m from the beach, 700m from the village of La Couarde with all amenities: shops, market, bakery, doctors, physiotherapist, pharmacy, beach club, tennis, sailing, restaurants, cinema....

As this is our main house, pets are not allowed, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house. We're counting on you to take care of our house! Parking is available in front of the house. Linen and/or cleaning are available at an additional cost if needed. Baby equipment (travel cot/high chair) is available upon request.

Possibility of providing bed linen and towels, tea towels and bath mats at an additional cost.

Possibility of taking the cleaning package at an additional cost.

From 2800 to 3500 € per week / Minimum 1 week

Balance payment on arrival
Local tourist taxe included.

Rental only July and August.
