From the small Rue de la Motte, the gate opens onto a charming courtyard. Table, chairs & BBQ in stone, everything is at your disposal to enjoy a sunny lunch.
The courtyard serves a cellar, ideal for dropping off your bikes or taking a shower at the end of the beach.
At the end of the courtyard, the flowered veranda has a table & chairs and allows access to the house.
On the ground floor of this house with a mottled spirit, you will have a living room, a separate dining room and a kitchen; oven, gas stove, fridge/ freezer & small appliances, everything is at your disposal to prepare good family meals.
The 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs, Villa Galla has 4 bedrooms:
3 double bedrooms with 140 bed & storage
1 dormitory room with 4 single beds (possibility to make double beds)
The second toilet is on the landing.
