We rent our holiday home for 4 people, 2 bedrooms (ideal for a family with children or two couples).

Our house, fully equipped, is ready to welcome you 😊
You will find on the ground floor:
- an entrance;
- a fully equipped open kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, small appliances: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender and numerous utensils);
- a large living room with fireplace, very bright thanks to a large bay window;
- a large flowery courtyard (30 sq. m) not overlooked (perfect for sunbathing 😎).

You will find upstairs:
- the two bedrooms with storage available (1 bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined together);
- the bathroom with toilet.

The house is connected to the fiber network, you will enjoy a high-performance wifi connection.

Kitchen towels available.
Possibility of renting bath towels and sheets, on request.

A cleaning fee of 70 euros comes in addition to the rental price.

Pets are not accepted.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August and during school holidays, minimum two nights outside these periods.

We ask for a deposit of 1000 euros.

Special weekends (Easter, Ascension, etc.) - School holidays (autumn, Christmas, February, spring) and the whole month of June: 125 EUR / night

Cleaning fee 70 EUR.
Tourist tax levied on behalf of the municipality in addition, depending on the number of people and their age (approximately 4 Euros / adult / night).
Linen rental (sheets and towels) possible in addition (approximately 85 Euros / week for 4 people)

Our house, quiet and very pleasant to live in, is located in the heart of the village of Les Portes en Re, close to the market and shops, ten minutes walk from the beaches (Gros Jonc and Marchais), 10 minutes biking from the main beach of La Conche (Pointe du Lizay to the north) and the beaches of Trousse chemise (Banc du bucheron to the south).
The tennis club, the golf course and the nautical club are nearby.

The village of Les Portes en Re will seduce you with its flowery alleys, its daily market and its typical charm.

It is also the ideal starting point to discover the most beautiful landscapes of the island: crossing the salt marshes by bike to visit Ars en Re and Saint Clement des Baleines, sunsets at the Lighthouse or at La Patache …
