Fully renovated and equipped in 2021 , this 180m house has 5 bedrooms including a master suite. 2 double beds 180 cm, 1 double bed 160 cm, 4 twin beds 90 cm, 5 bathrooms with WC 1 separate WC, a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room and a spacious living room opening onto a flagged terrace and a garden enclosed by 300m with a beautiful view of the bell tower.
Entrance courtyard with bicycle garage.
Exterior living room, under awning, with sofa.
Furnished "Zen" cabin.
Outdoor kitchen with plancha and pizza oven.
The ground floor includes the rooms living: living room, small TV lounge/library, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet.
As well as 3 bedrooms:
The master suite, on the kitchen side, with small entrance, 180cm bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, Separate WC and dressing room.
The 2 other bedrooms are adjoining on the small living room side, 1 bedroom has 2 90cm beds, its storage and its bathroom (shower and WC) then a double bedroom with 1 180cm bed, its storage and its bathroom (shower) and separate WC.
These 3 bedrooms are accessible from inside the house as well as from the garden.

On the 2nd floor, access via the kitchen, 2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom overlooking the garden with 1 160cm bed , its storage and its bathroom (shower) and WC
1 bedroom overlooking the street with 2 90cm beds, its storage and its bathroom (shower) and WC

Linens provided, WIFI, TV, Sonos Bluetooth speakers.
Exterior furniture : 2 square tables with 8 seats, bench, seats and deck chairs.

Prices: 6,000 euros/week in season (June, July, August, September), 5,000 euros/week out of season, including 6 hours of weekly cleaning and laundry.

Duration rental: one week minimum. No animals. Availability on calendar and on request.
