With a surface area of 120 m², this house, tastefully furnished and bathed in light, offers you all the comfort necessary for a peaceful stay . The fully equipped kitchen in the main house includes induction hob, fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, espresso (bean bean) coffee maker, toaster and juicer. You can enjoy your delicious meals on a large wooden table, ideal for moments of conviviality. The living room, for its part, is a cozy space where you can relax in front of your favorite series. The large openings overlooking the gardens offer you a soothing view of the swimming pool and allow you to enjoy a breeze of fresh air during your meals.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. The master suite offers a view of the garden and has a private bathroom and a dressing room. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (single at the top and double 180 x 190 at the bottom), while the third will delight children with its cabin bed (two single beds at the top and a single bed at the bottom). These last two bedrooms overlook another small garden, creating a peaceful space.

The house also includes a studio adjoining the main house (connecting). There you will find a second kitchen equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. A double sofa bed (160 cm) will allow you to rest in complete peace of mind. The studio also has a bathroom with toilet and a private terrace.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the house has a swimming pool heated to 28 degrees (available from 05/15 to 09/30 ), a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hair dryer, an iron, a high chair, a Bluetooth speaker and 4 parking spaces.

This house being a main residence, be prepared to receive visits from Paoli, the cat who normally occupies the premises, even if he is temporarily staying with the neighbor. Don't be surprised if he comes to act curious and greet you.

At the heart of the Atlantic Ocean, the Ile de Re is a territory rich in its natural landscapes and its historical heritage. The Whale Lighthouse, the Lilleau des Niges National Nature Reserve and Fort la Pree are must-sees on the Island. Ideal to visit by bike thanks to the numerous cycle paths, the Ile de Re is a destination not to be missed!
