Treat yourself to a relaxing stay with family or friends in this beautifully decorated house, carefully equipped for your comfort, in a quiet environment, close to the beach, cycle paths and the center of the charming village of Bois-Plage!

The entrance serves a large warm and bright living room consisting of a lounge area and a fitted kitchen with dining table. The kitchen opens onto a first outdoor space with a garden table.

The sleeping area includes a large bedroom with a bathroom with toilet, and cupboards with wardrobe and shelves. A comfortable convertible sofa bed offers two additional beds. You will appreciate the beautiful height under the crawling ceiling and the quality equipment (mattress, bathroom). The room has access to a pretty garden with deckchairs to enjoy sweet moments of idleness.

A washing machine, an ironing board and an iron are at your disposal.

A free parking space is reserved for you.

Weekly rentals including end-of-stay cleaning: - Low season: €550/week - Mid-season: €650/week - High season: €850/week - Peak season: €1,000/week (preferably Sunday to Sunday) Weekend rentals outside of school holidays (minimum 4 nights): - 4 nights: 80% of the rental price excluding cleaning - 5 nights: 90% of the rental price excluding cleaning Tourist tax not included: €4.51/day/adult (maximum rate varies depending on the number of guests and the number of nights) Booking fee: €55 Optional linen rental: €38/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. Beach towels not provided.

Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. A detailed schedule outlining the cancellation policy and refund procedures is available upon request.
